This error occur in the Prostat Autoanalysis software when attempting to create a report using Crystal Report:

Solution:

The incorrect version of Crystal Report was installed on the computer running the Prostat Autoanalysis 2.0. It is important that the version of Crystal Reports being installed matches the version of the Windows Operating System on the computer.

If you are using Windows 7, 64-bit, you must install Crystal Report Runtime 64-bit.

Confirm which version of Crystal Report is installed on your computer, by finding it in your Uninstall or Change Program window, in Control Panel:

If your Windows Operating System is running 64-bit and Crystal Reports installed is 32-bit, you will need to remove it and install the 64-but version, which is located on the disk provided with your product:

• Insert the disk in your computer’s drive or use the thumb drive your received
• Open the drive by right-clicking on the drive letter and select Open
• Open the folder named Crystal
• Double-click to install the 32-bit or 64-bit version
• You may be prompted to restart Windows
