This error occur in the Prostat Autoanalysis software when attempting to launch the software in Windows:

Solution:

To stop this error message, make sure that Crystal Report is installed on your computer, by finding it in your Uninstall or Change Program window, in Control Panel:

If you cannot find the entry, you will need to install it which is located on the disk provided with your product:

• Insert the disk in your computer’s drive or use the thumb drive your received
• Open the drive by right-clicking on the drive letter and select Open
• Open the folder named Crystal
• Double-click to install the 32-bit or 64-bit version
• You may be prompted to restart Windows
